Leads groups through the process of developing plans and strategies, and helps them examine information and evidence to inform decision making.   • Works with groups and individuals at all levels to improve capability and performance in core competencies such as strategic thinking, policy development, stakeholder engagement, communication and management and leadership. Coaches teams and individuals to lift capability and performance and can design, develop and facilitate solutions to address learning and development needs.

  • Assists clients identify and prioritise the capabilities, skills and experience they want and need in their workforce, including advising on job design and position descriptions where targeted recruitment is needed to attract the right candidates to build new or expand existing teams.
