I established Jacinta Galluzzo Consulting following a successful career in the Australian Government Senior Executive Service advising ministers, senior officials and government departments and agencies on complex public policy and regulatory reform issues. 

Throughout my 17-year public sector career I enjoyed resolving diverse and significant public policy challenges in various portfolios. This broad experience allows me to adopt different perspectives and ‘cut through’ complexity and uncertainty to help clients confidently address and manage the issues they face. My key strengths are being able to quickly understand context, identify and articulate key issues or problems, and engage with people to reach consensus on how they can be addressed.

I draw on my extensive understanding of government to provide advice to clients that takes account of the dynamic public sector environment, and focuses on practical solutions and strategies to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and exercise influence. 

I am able to combine this knowledge and expertise with my understanding of the challenges private sector and non-government organisations can face when seeking to engage and work with government. I provide advice that translates public sector ‘speak’ and processes to help clients effectively and credibly build productive working relationships with government.

I know from my own management and leadership roles that organisational high performance is based on equipping staff with the right skills, knowledge and experience, and I am passionate about working with clients seeking to achieve ongoing success through capability development and performance improvement.
